Reality: While it is true, that the U.S. is a Constitutional Republic, the Bill of Rights makes the U.S. a Democracy.
Without the Bill of Rights, the U.S. would truly be only a Constitutional Republic, leaving personal rights up to each state.
This kind of grift illustrates that MAGA has little or no respect for our democracy, our freedoms, our rights, and would much rather have authoritarian rule if necessary to resolve their grievances as we see with draconian acts like banning reproductive rights, burning and banning books and with disdain for our law enforcement and institutions.
